The Martin Agency looks to Extreme Reach to streamline SD, HD and online video advertising.

Challenges with traditional delivery at a busy agency
For the last fourteen years, only one other traffic manager and I were responsible for distributing all of the agency’s ad content to the various broadcasters. We used traditional courier and satellite delivery methods, but they were time-consuming and challenging to manage at an agency producing so much traffic. A busy agency working with multiple leading brands needs a streamlined approach, and Extreme Reach provided a fast, error-free digital platform capable of delivering ad content quickly at a lower cost.

A more efficient way to manage and deliver SD and HD TV commercials
Quite often, our retail clients have to make last-minute adjustments to their advertisements due to fluctuations in competitor pricing or offerings. The cloud-based creative library in my Extreme Reach account allows our clients to access their spots at anytime from anywhere, and Extreme Reach can turn deliveries of revised ads around in record time, allowing us to send spots out quickly during regular business hours. Overall, the Extreme Reach platform is just cleaner, faster, and more reliable. It’s so streamlined! Streamlined is probably my favorite word when it comes to Extreme Reach.

The transition from SD to HD
Every spot we produce at Martin is finished in HD. An HD ad is more important than an SD ad for our clients. However, some clients were hesitant to move to HD because they remembered that other distribution vendors had such high rates. HD distribution costs are much better with Extreme Reach. The speed and efficiency of the technology eliminates the rush charges that were pretty standard with traditional courier delivery too. At the end of the day, if the client is saving money, then I have done my job successfully.

The importance of an agile, customer-centric partner
Ever since the Martin Agency began working with Extreme Reach, they’ve taken every development request of ours into consideration. For example, we requested a new section for trafficking our ads to Web publishers and Extreme Reach immediately created it. The speed at which they add new features is exceptional. I know Extreme Reach has lots of clients, but we’re always treated like we’re the only customer they service, and that’s what I love about them.
