Before Extreme Reach, John was the President of FastChannel Network, Inc., a venture-backed software company. John drove a highly innovative culture to grow FastChannel from a startup to $25 million with 200 employees. As the innovation and technology leader, FastChannel merged with DG Systems (NASDAQ: DGIT) in 2006 to solidify its position as the leading provider of advertising distribution services. Prior to FastChannel, John was the President of Genesis Business Systems, Inc. Genesis, a software company, was sold to Achieve Healthcare Systems in 1996 to form the leading provider of long-term care automation systems.

Tim Conley is the COO and co-founder of Extreme Reach. As the COO of Extreme Reach, Tim is responsible for all of the company's sales and operations, including end-to-end management of Extreme Reach's sales activities and support in all markets. Tim has a proven track record of driving companies' revenue growth and strategic business development. Prior to joining Extreme Reach, Tim served as Senior Vice President of Third Screen Media (TSM), a mobile advertising services company notable for building one of the earliest and largest mobile ad networks. At TSM, Tim was responsible for growing the ad network as well as sales and support of the TSM platform. Third Screen Media was acquired by AOL in May 2007.
Before joining TSM, Tim served in various roles at FastChannel Network for several years, including as Executive Vice President in charge of leading sales growth and service execution across all business units. Tim has also held leadership positions at IBM Learning Services and Safeco Insurance Company.

Dan is the CTO and co-founder of Extreme Reach. He has a broad background in systems architecture, application design and development leadership. Most recently Dan served as Director of Development for PC Connection, Inc., a Fortune 1000 provider of information technology (IT) solutions to businesses, governments, educational institutions, and consumers.
Before joining PC Connection, Dan served for six years with FastChannel Network, in various roles including VP of Software Development. Prior to FastChannel Dan served as the Development Manager for GeoFocus, Inc, a technology startup that developed GPS location-based services.

Patrick is the SVP of Sales and Client Management and co-founder of Extreme Reach. Patrick and his team know that client relationships are about trust and reliability first and foremost. For Patrick, Client Management isn't about managing clients, it's about helping our clients manage their business. His approach has raised the bar significantly and set the standard for our industry.
Before co-founding Extreme Reach, Patrick was Vice President of Sales for MADX|Agency at Third Screen Media, which was acquired by AOL in 2007. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Sales and Service at FastChannel Network. Patrick has 18 years of advertising and strategic sales experience with major ad agencies and international brands such as Geico, CarMax, Summit Entertainment, Mercedes Benz USA and AT&T.

Robert is the CMO of Extreme Reach. Robert is responsible for the company’s marketing strategy and functions, as well as research and business development.
Robert's career spans more than 15 years in both TV and online advertising. Before joining Extreme Reach, Robert served as Director of Marketing at Microsoft where he introduced the Microsoft Media Network and Microsoft Advertising brands and served as Marketing Director for the Atlas Digital Marketing Suite.
Prior to that, Robert was Executive Vice President of Product Marketing at FastChannel Network, a provider of SaaS solutions for television advertising management and distribution.
He's served as a marketing advisor to several online marketing technology firms, been a featured speaker at industry events and written several articles on the subject of digital marketing effectiveness.

Nancy Lazaros brings over twenty years of fiscal management experience to her role as CFO of Extreme Reach. Her experience with companies at the intersection of media, technology and advertising make her a perfect fit. In addition to pivotal sector knowledge, Nancy has diverse experience leading digital media companies through key growth stages from start-up and initial funding all the way through the initial public offering stage.
Nancy most recently served as CFO for [x+1], a digital marketing company where she headed its Finance, HR and Operations functions and lead the company through multiple rounds of capital funding. Prior to that, she was CFO of Third Screen Media, and also served as CFO of @Plan, an online research and planning software and services provider. She helped launch @Plan, orchestrated its initial public offering and played a key role in its sale to DoubleClick at a valuation exceeding $100 million.

As the Chief Talent Officer at Extreme Reach, Tim is responsible for overseeing an array of client services: Talent Payment, Outsourced Traffic, Network Clearance, Rights Management and Business Affairs.
With more than 20 years in the advertising industry, Tim has worked on flagship campaigns for McDonald’s, Anheuser-Busch, Hallmark, Sears and Kraft through agencies including Leo Burnett, DDB, Ogilvy and JWT. In 2000, Tim founded Spotlight Business Affairs, Inc., which rapidly became one of the premier Talent Payment and Broadcast Support companies in the U.S. In 2012, Extreme Reach, Inc. acquired Spotlight enabling capabilities never before offered on one advertising platform.
Prior to that, Tim studied database management systems and software development while working on his MBA at DePaul University in Chicago. Tim has also written several software programs still in use today by leading advertising agencies and commercial production companies.

Michael joins Village Ventures from Bessemer Venture Partners, where he was a partner from 1990-1998. Michael also served as president and chief executive officer of MotherNature.com from 1998 through 2000, and was instrumental in raising $113 million in funding for the company in three rounds of financing and an initial public offering. Michael holds a B.A. from Amherst College, where he graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. He received his juris doctorate from Harvard Law School and a MBA from Harvard Business School, where he graduated as a Baker Scholar. Michael is based in Massachusetts and is responsible for the firm’s investments in New England and Florida. Michael focuses on consumer-facing Internet and e-commerce companies, with emphasis in analytically driven online marketing plays.
Immediately prior to Long River, Tripp was a partner at Kestrel Venture Management, where he focused on the management of Mass Ventures Equity Fund, a $14 million early stage fund established in western Massachusetts in 1997. Tripp serves or has served on numerous boards as board member or observer, including Clarity Imaging, Optasite, Profile Systems, Protedyne, Reconda International, Sovereign Hill Software, and WRNX Radio. Before joining Kestrel, Tripp was co-founder and CEO of two venture development consulting companies: Mass Ventures, based in Amherst, MA and associated with the University of Massachusetts; and Science Park Associates, based in New Haven, CT and associated with Yale University. Both of these companies provided university spin-offs and regional entrepreneurs with strategic and financing advice and helped raise over $50 million in private equity for 18 different early stage ventures. Tripp holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A from Yale University.
Tom is currently the President of Cove Street Partners, Inc., a boutique advisory firm specializing in digital media and online advertising. Previously, Tom led strategy and corporate development for AOL.s (NYSE: TWX) ad network businesses, where he was responsible for strategic planning, M&A and strategic business development and played a major role in the transformation of AOL into a leading, diversified advertising business through his leadership in over $1 billion in AOL ad network acquisitions. Prior to AOL, Tom served as President and CEO of Lightningcast, Inc., a leading video ad management platform and ad network, acquired by AOL in 2006, working with customers that included AOL, Comcast, Disney/ABC, Microsoft, Scripps, A&E, MTV, MLB, NBA, Reuters, Hulu, Warner Bros. and many others. In 2000, Tom founded Internet and mobile electronic messaging company Backwire, Inc. which was acquired by Leap Wireless (Nasdaq: LEAP) in 2001. Prior to founding Backwire, Tom was a partner at venture firm Venturehouse Group and before that President of AOL Select, an AOL JV that acquired AOL subscribers through alternative channels, including direct selling and multilevel marketing. Prior to entering the digital media and marketing world, Tom practiced corporate and securities law with the global law firm Dechert.

Chip is the Vice President of Online Video Advertising at Extreme Reach. In his role, Chip is responsible for driving sales of the company’s growing portfolio of online solutions, helping existing traditional TV clients realize online video opportunities and helping all offices implement service solutions that enable brands and agencies to unify video campaigns into one TV everywhere experience.
Chip comes to Extreme Reach after four years as the Senior Director of Advanced TV and Online Video Sales at Microsoft. In that role, Chip started and led a team that launched Microsoft’s advanced TV marketplace, the result of acquiring Navic Networks in 2008. That marketplace grew to 32 cable networks with over 200+ advertising clients such as American Express, Kraft and General Motors. Prior to working for Microsoft, Chip drove TV, digital, print and multi-media sales at ESPN.
